Our fifth stop on the Animal Sanctuary Compassion Tour was Twin Heart Animal Sanctuary in Tappen, British Columbia. Read more to see how a personal tragedy inspired the sanctuary's namesake and the work that goes into operating it.
If you thought farm sanctuary life was all sunshine and cute goats, think again! See just how much a labour of love it is to take care of rescued animals from our visit at the Farm Animal Rescue and Rehoming Movement (FARRM) in rural Alberta.
The Seva Life is embarking on a cross-country road trip to profile some of the people who are committed to compassionate living. We'll be visiting and volunteering at more than a dozen animal sanctuaries to raise awareness about animal welfare, in the hopes of empowering others to adopt a plant-based lifestyle.
We have a LOT of projects in the works right now; from presenting at Veg Food Fest in Toronto, to embarking on a cross-country road trip to tour animal sanctuaries to building a community of Compassion Warriors. Read more to see what will be keeping us busy over the next few months and how you can be part of the action.
